I run a freelance service called siguiente. The word “siguiente” means “next” in Spanish. This is a word that I had been warming up to when I was a student, thinking that I would like to use it as the name of my company or as a platform for my freelance activities in the future. I chose this word because I wanted to convey this sense of “moving forward” to clients. I have loved learning English since I was a teenager, but I struggled to learn in a limited environment, so I moved to New York to improve my skills while simultaneously obtaining a TESOL certification to teach to non-native English speakers. In 2024, I began my career as a corporate language instructor. In my blog, I share articles on language learning and a collection of words and phrases in PDF format that can be used daily in an absolute sense.
